Structured

People who sing the praises of structured water claim it is more efficient at hydrating your body, increases nutrient absorption, detoxifies your system and increases energy levels.

Add an extra bonus – it tastes better. And you would wonder why anyone would say no to this divine health-inducing beverage?

Structured water or the fourth phase of water goes by many names; it is known as living water, as liquid crystalline water, coherent water, energised water and hexagonal water. And yet another name is exclusive zone (EZ) water. To avoid confusion, in this article, I will simple refer to it as structured water.

Structured water sounds just a little complex and enigmatic to us ordinary folk.

One can’t be blamed for wondering if structured water is another passing fad or is there actually something to it?

The idea of structured water started to intrigue me so I decided to take a deep dive to investigate what the fuss was about. As always, water never ceases to amaze, what I discovered blew me away.

Water’s Enigmatic Fourth Phase

We have been taught that water has three phases: solid, gas and liquid. But it appears there is also another lesser recognised phase, a fourth phase.

Let’s peel back the first layer of what there is to know about the phenomenal fourth phase of water – structured water. It turns out structured water is not a new discovery, it is well-researched and well- studied.

Snowflake Hexagonal Structure

The first thing that struck me as incredible was discovering that, at a molecular level, water can alter her shape. Morphing between beautiful coherent shapes to disordered shapes depending on what she comes into contact with.

What! That sounds kinda nuts. How does this happen?

To explain this I will use the example of salt flung on to a table. When dropped onto a surface salt forms random, haphazard shapes. Never will this action produce a symmetrical shape.

Similarly when water isn’t structured her molecules have random non symmetrical patterns (much like the salt spilt on the table). Looking a little messy and blob like. A form that will not entice you to wonder at the marvel of nature.

Interestingly there are ways to change the shape of salt flung on a surface and of water molecules to create a more appealing symmetrical pattern.

You might be familiar with cymatics, and subsequently, cymatic experiments. In one such cymatic experiment people pour salt or sand on a card over a speaker. Then, through the speaker they play a frequency. What happens next is intriguing. The salt particles shift and move to form symmetrical patterns.

Why does frequency have this effect on the salt particles? Well, that’s a question for another day.

What is incredible is that not just frequency has this effect on water molecules. Sunlight, thought and movement also change the structure of water molecules.

If you find this hard to believe, just remind yourself that when snowflakes are formed, water morphs into billions upon trillions of unique symmetrical patterns. Each snowflake forms an intricate and complex shape, incredibly no two snowflakes are the same. (Although, admittedly, I am yet to hear of someone who has compiled a data base of all snowflake patterns to prove this).

Similarly, on a molecular level, when reacting to positive hydrophilic influences water reorganises herself into elegant, symmetrical patterns.

So what are these hyrdophilic influences? One is natural environments, such as valleys, oceans and springs. Actions, such as, swirling and flowing freely, through natural elements, turns unstructured water into coherent organised water.

Similarly, frequency can shift water from random, chaotic shapes into a highly organised state. Sun and infrared light exposure, positive thought, vortexing movements, and magnets have a similar effect.

Is this not profound? So water’s structure is affected by sound, her environment and even the thoughts that surround her.

This means that water’s structure is never permanent. It is always changing depending on how water is treated and what she comes into contact with.

When water is forced to move unnaturally, in a way that is alien in nature, she loses her natural rhythm.

For example, water’s symmetrical structure is destroyed when she moves through straight plastic tubes or turns at right angles in metal pipes. 90-degree angles and straight lines are a rarity in nature. Not a single drop that flows from a standard household tap is arranged in a symmetrical pattern.

Storing water in plastic, and subjecting her to unpleasant sounds or negative thoughts will also eradicate her structure. This means that if you store water in plastic containers, and regularly play aggressive music, such as heavy metal, the water will lose it’s structure. Similarly, if you talk aggressively or even think negatively, this will destroy waters structure.

She loses life force, and her majestic form is splattered into disarray. Imagine a snowflake that isn’t symmetrical, isn’t beautiful. Her molecules will return to a splattered irregular and unattractive shapes.

Crystal Comparison

Structured water has been likened to crystal in a liquid state.

Crystals have structured matrices. Crystal excludes impurities and has the ability to create and conduct electricity. Liquid crystals powers our computer screens, they are used to make aquarium thermometers. Liquid crystals are also used to transmit information over long distances and much more.

Researchers like Dr. Gerald Pollack and the late Dr. Mu Shik Jhon, believed that structured water was another form of liquid crystal.

One reason is because structured water like crystals arrange into coherent lattice structures or a liquid gel phase.

Structured water is a shift from standard H20 to a layered H3O2 lattice. Water forms hexagonal honeycomb lattice.

Although, unlike a crystal, water’s matrices are independent and flexible. They are linked together, but are not stuck together.

Water in a structured state is a coherent, responsive unit that acts as one, in a similar way to a flock of birds or a school of fish working in harmony. Energised and supercharged, the fourth phase of water is a living crystalline structure that is in tune with living entities.

Structured water functions at a high capacity, capable of sharing and transmitting information.

Now you may ask why this is special, and how could structured water have any affect on us? After all, water molecules are incredibly minute.

Why Structure is important

When water is symmetrically structured rather than randomly shaped she is more efficient. Whether that be completing tasks in your body or moving on her merry way down a stream.

Structured water has a higher capacity to store and release energy and holds a higher vibrational charge.

Our inner landscape (bodyscape) has hydrophilic surfaces made from structured water. In fact, most of the water in our body is structured.

To transmit information around our body, we rely on electrical codes. Bulk water is sluggish and can create incomprehensible muddles. Our body finds this clunky water difficult to absorb, impairing smooth maintenance.

Structured water is a beneficial tonic for the body, increasing hydration, as it is easier to absorb than bulk water. Did you know that not all water hydrates? That’s news!

The ultimate for body health is high-quality hydration. This hexagonal water carries information and greater energy in the form of molecular bonds. Which appears to be vital to living beings’ health and well-being.

Well, that all sounds perfect to me. I’m in, so let’s run through the ‘hows’ and ‘whys’ and then jump to the sciency bits.

However, many aspects of our working body are minute.

Dr. Jhon’s work predominantly focused on how this hexagonal liquid crystal structure rings proteins and cellular DNA inside living organisms, and the implications of this on our health.

The Fourth Phase

We were taught that water has three stages: liquid, gas, and solid. Now, a new phase has been discovered, the fourth phase – exclusive zone or structured water.

Gerald Pollock, a professor of Bioengineering, was a pioneer in research in the Exclusive Zone. He identified structured water and its unique properties at the University of Washington, declaring it a new phase of water.

Instead of H2O, structured water is H3O2. This means the structured water has three hydrogen molecules and two oxygen molecules.

The change in molecular composition accounts for its honey-like viscousity, a texture between solid and liquid. Gel-like, not runny.

We think of water as if it were lifeless, but water is a dynamic substance. The Hydrogen attached to water is in a constant dynamic dance.

Hydropillic, water surfaces create happy radiant and nutritious water.

Theories

Water is in constant cycle, incarnating in and out of different living organisms, through streams and clouds. All these experiences leave an impression on water.

When water comes into contact with destructive forces, she loses her coherence. She transmutes to random misformed molecules.

Disrupted, water decays rapidly, losing its harmony; it becomes sluggish and doesn’t transmit intelligently.

The magnetic and vortex movement cleans water of her memories. Impressions left by less favourable experiences that have depleted her.

Possily we could liken it to how humans have muscles, and when we are tramatised we store these ecperiences in our bodies. We heal when we are in the right conditions, and like water, many of us feel the healing of flow and of being in nature, with rocks, trees and moving fresh water, here we breath deeper.

we feel save enough to heal.

Elements that support, enrich and reinfroce

Gemstones that resonate with water, thunder and lightning, vortexes, copper, minerals, sunlight, organic fruits and vegetables with high water content, healthy plants and soils, infrared or ultraviolet light.

There are also factors that quickly turn structured water from high-powered water to bulk water, water that has random shapes and can’t communicate effectively.

Microwaving it, leaving it stagnant for too long, heating it, storing it in plastic, adding contamenats and more.

loses energetic structure

If you want to give it a shot, check this article out.

Copper is believed to help structure water, but this is dependent on temperatures, length of exposure and the crystallographic orientations of the copper.

Water is structured naturally when it comes from healthy streams and springs. It is modern practices, such as plastic containers, straight pipes, pollution and leaving water to sit stagnant, that create dead bulk water.

If you think logically, fountains can be used to structure water, if water is run through

Ok I am not sure if we will get the same results using crystals or by exposing it to sunlight. But there is an interesting theory that suggests that you might be able to structure water by exposing it to other structured water, or high-power water.

Victor Schuberger is considered a waterr wizard. He had an unwavering passion for water and an apptitude for observing. He created a device to structure water. Which he called living water.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is viktor-schauberger-living-water-device.png

His first device, although it was quite impractical,

Viktor Schauberger left a legacy – several of the 18 structuring stages, all based on his discoveries.

The Sciency bit…

Over the decades, extensive research has been conducted by different groups and individuals.

If you want to dig further and get stuck into the sciency bits, I have collected some research here.

Try this one – Magnetsized water revives hair regrowth. The study observed 20 Caucasian men with mild-to-moderate androgenetic alopecia over a 12-week period.

Or this one – Magnatised water mouth rinse helped alleviate Streptococcus mutans in children

Yet another – This study investigated the effects of magnetized water supplementation on blood glucose in diabetic rats.

One issue with testing magnetised water is that magnetised water does not hold its structured charge as long as naturally structured water.

And – the effects of structured water on growth in animals has been studied for a couple of decades.

And I have only scratched the surface. How deep have we gone?

Mainstream science tends to be a little conservative at times, clinging to old ideals rather than embracing new concepts.

As you might discover if you take a sharp right angle and read this article from Healthline.

Some sceptics think it is hearsay because structuring the water doesn’t remove impurities. However, they are missing the point; water isn’t structured to purify itself from particles.

I think one of the main reasons for the lag in science establishments catching up is that vested interests can blind them to the latest, innovative developments. Particularly if there is not a huge profit margin to be made from it.

Conclusion

Structured water is a little bit of a mystery to most of us, who have taken it for granted that we understand water. We accepted that water is a simple and straightforward element.

If you have structured your water what next? Maybe the effects will be subtle maybe profound, we will have to wait and see.

If you want to give it a shot you can structure water yourself, using magnets, vortexs or exposing it to natural materials.

Another option is to collect it from the wild – wild water harvesting is a thing! Forage for fresh spring water near you. Check this website Find a Spring

Is this why animals with their iron guts prefer to drink from puddles or streams, rather than consume city tap water, with it’s plethora of extra chemicals?

Consider this: water is the one who creates the valley. It is the flow of water that cuts the passage through the mountain range. A river is formed by waters natural flow.

When I finally lay my hands on a super powerful microscope, I want to zoom in on the beauty of water’s structured form to check it out for myself.
